During this workshop you will have an opportunity to work within the group energy, complete exercises with other members of the group as well as on your own. We can go so much further as a group if we hold space for each other.

Please note: The group size is limited. Please bring your own lunch, drinks and snacks will be provided. You don’t have to be an artist or practicing medium to benefit from this workshop, art materials will be provided but you are welcome to bring your own.
