Description

This three-day workshop is focused on opening your creativity and activating your self-healing ability. We will work with colour, healing and philosophy to find an authenticity within yourself, enhance your connection to the energetic realms and develop your artistic ability.

Opening to art will help you to connect to the flow state and focus your personal alignment. This transformative workshop will take you on a journey through energy management, holding space for yourself and self-healing, group healing and our natural connection to Mother Earth.

Day 1

The first day will focus on understand the feelings of colour for yourself and others, personal alignment and inspirational art with a deeper meaning.

  • The emotions of colour – deepen your understanding of colour.
  • Personal alignment – connect with your own creative energy.
  • Healing and inspired art – private readings and Auragraphs.

Day 2

The second day is about tapping into the deeper wisdom of mother earth and the unseen worlds, bringing forward more of your authentic presence and philosophy.

  • Spiritual art – inspired creativity from the unseen world.
  • Presence of you – your energy, self-healing, confidence and the group.
  • Inspired wisdom – philosophy and guidance from the spirit world.

Day 3

The third day revolves around connecting with your self-healing ability, while holding space for others and the group energy.

  • Creative healing – tapping into art and colour for healing.
  • Energetic spaces – hold space for you, people around you and the spirit.
  • Activate your healing – group healing and your self-healing ability.

Please note: You don’t need to be an artist to benefit from this workshop. Basic art and creative materials will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own supplies.
