Day 1

Exploring different modalities of healing and modern practices. Finding your personal alignment and resonance with colour. Deepening your connection to your own self-healing ability and healing within Mother Earth.

• What is healing? – Holding space for healing.
• What colour means within healing – feeling colour through your being.
• Healing from nature – grounding and connection with the natural world.

Day 2

Working within the group energy to understand energy dynamics. Creating inspired and healing art. Partner practice and group healing exercises.

• Healing with colour – deepen your healing with colour and frequency.
• Inspired art – bring art and creativity into healing.
• Activate your own self-healing – you already have everything you need.

Please note: You don’t need to be an artist to benefit from this workshop. Basic art materials will be provided although you are welcome to bring your own supplies.
